Confidence workshops, modeled after the We Play Interactive System (see below) are designed to help girls build confidence within and outside of sports
Through lessons, team-building activities, leadership exercises, and guided discussions, girls learn the skills to build internal trust, effectively communicate, and embrace their strengths”
These sessions create a safe, encouraging environment where young athletes can develop, ask questions, and celebrate who they are becoming.
The Empowerment Series is a collection of interviews where accomplished female athletes, coaches, and leaders are invited to share their journeys, challenges, and advice for the next generation.
By amplifying their stories, we show girls in that success comes in many forms and that there is no single path to no single path to purpose and fulfillment.
This series features powerful role models and real examples of what it looks like to stay committed, overcome obstacles, and lead with purpose.
Many girls want to play sports but lack access to the basic equipment required to participate.
Play Her Potential will host gear drives (refer to events tab on Home page) and partner with local organizations to collect athletic gear, apparel, equipment, and other essential items.
The goal is to remove financial and logistical barriers so more girls can try sports, stay active, and develop a sense of belonging within their teams and communities.
Explore the drills, lessons, and tools based on the Women’s Sports Foundation framework
that help girls ages 5–14 grow on and off the court.
We Play Interactive
The We Play Interactive is a research-backed tool designed for coaches, parents, and youth leaders who want to better support girl athletes.
It offers easy-to-use lessons, activities, and guidance on building confidence, creating positive team environments, and keeping girls engaged in sports.
This resource helps adults understand what girls need to feel supported, valued, and empowered on and off the court.
