Attended Black Student-Athlete Summit

Spent a few days in Eugene, Oregon at the Black Student-Athlete Summit, and it was a true full-circle moment. Years ago, I attended the summit as a student-athlete in Houston and Los Angeles. This year, I had the opportunity to return as a professional and help lead Mizzou student-athletes through the experience.

The week was filled with meaningful conversations, networking, and professional development. One highlight was connecting with a Mizzou alum who now serves as a Brand Director at Nike. We discussed the possibilities of representing major brands as a titleholder, creating content that resonates with audiences, and helping student-athletes better understand how to build authentic engagement through NIL.

I left inspired, grateful, and excited to bring what I learned back to Every True Tiger, Play Her Potential, and the student-athletes I have the privilege to serve.
