Winning KCOU Sports Show of the Year

I am incredibly grateful and honored that Play Her Potential was recognized as Sports Show of the Year by KCOU.

What started as an idea rooted in storytelling, women’s sports, and creating meaningful conversations has continued to grow into something bigger than I ever imagined. Play Her Potential has always been about more than sports. It is about highlighting leadership, resilience, confidence, identity, and the stories that deserve to be heard both on and off the court.

This recognition means even more because of the people behind it.

A huge thank you to Aaron Siegel for accepting the award on behalf of the show and for helping bring these conversations to life. I am so proud of what we have built together and even more excited for what is ahead.

From interviewing athletes, coaches, and leaders, to creating space for conversations surrounding women in sports and life beyond competition, every episode has been a reminder of how powerful storytelling can be when used intentionally.

This award is such a meaningful reminder that there is value in creating platforms that empower, uplift, and connect others through sport and shared experiences.

And trust me, we are just getting started.
